Sarah Hirschfeld, MSc., PAg.
Sarah is inspired by initiatives that collaboratively incorporate scientific analysis, Indigenous reconciliation, and natural resource management in BC.
Sarah is a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag) with the British Columbia Institute of Agrologists (BCIA), and holds Master of Science Plant Agriculture (University of Guelph) and Bachelor of Environmental Science (University of Ottawa) degrees. Sarah co-owns and operates Golden Way Farm, which experiments with regenerative and sustainable agricultural practices in a mountain ecosystem.

Peter Barsevskis,
MSc.
Peter is an avalanche practitioner with the Canadian Avalanche Association and has been working in the outdoor industry for the last 15 years. Currently he is a member of the mountain safety team at the Brucejack Mine located in the Boundary Ranges of the Coast Mountains in British Columbia. He makes his home in Golden, BC, where he has been ski patrolling at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort since 2017. In 2022 he graduated from Thompson Rivers University with a Master of Science focusing on snow characteristics with the blade hardness gauge. During the warmer months he can be found paddling/guiding on the Kicking Horse River and operating the Golden Way Farm.
